Making Japan easier to work with.
KIZUNA JOURNEY was created with a simple purpose: to make it easier for travel agencies across the GCC to plan and operate travel in Japan.
Japan is an exceptional destination, but arranging travel from overseas can sometimes be complicated — from communication and time differences to supplier coordination and the specific expectations of each client. I wanted to create a partner that could help bridge that gap.
By being based in Dubai while working closely with partners across Japan, we aim to combine the convenience of local communication with the destination knowledge and attention to detail that Japan requires.
For me, a good DMC relationship is not simply about providing a quotation. It is about understanding what the agency needs, communicating clearly, being flexible when requirements change, and taking responsibility for the details behind the journey.
Our role is to support our agency partners so they can feel confident when they send us a Japan request — whether it is one hotel booking or a complete tailor-made programme.
